The lady was polite professional and cheerful had good rapport and fluent English speaker, she understood and took care of my nails, they were done to a high standard. I even had a lovely surprise when I came to pay as they had a 30% off discount This is definitely a place to try even if you have to travel further a bit from the crowed dirty mail salons further down Uxbridge road. After all they are your nails a important feature so worth it!!"

"This place is absolutely filthy. There was 1 person working there who was given 30 minutes to do a French gel manicure on my natural nails. As a nail tech myself, I thought I'd treat myself to a manicure for my wedding and I can easily say it was by far the worst manicure I've had or seen. It was bubbly and the tip was so thick with a very messy finish, I redone it myself. My nails weren't even buffed or wiped over before painting. I've also been for a pedicure when they were quite new which was extremely basic."
