"It's not really a nice shopping experience here. I have been many times, but there's always not much stock or sold out. Doesn't look very clean. They won't open a till a lot of the time and try to get you to use self checkout. There is plenty of parking space, and the cashiers are pleasant. But I prefer Aldi . But sometimes I can't get there, and so I use Lidl only if I have to."
"Been shopping at this place for the past six months at least once or twice a week. Since I first started shopping there the prices have gotten way out of control and in some cases more expensive than Tesco. However there are some good bits you can pick up in the middle part of the shop. Another big problem is the male staff members one in particular a young lad with frizzy dark hair. He is absolutely useless all he does is shuffle around the place looking really fed up and killing time till his shift is over.He is extremely lazy and ignorant if you need help with the computerized tills he drags his feet like a spoilt brat and starts rolling his eyes and tutting. He looks scruffy in his uniform and the only time you see him half smile is when he is sitting on the steps outside puffing on a joint. He should definitely be sacked for lowering the tone of the whole shop. I feel sorry for his work colleagues. And after tonight's visit to the store seeing his bad attitude I've decided I'm done with this place and won't be shopping there again."
"This is always my first choice for the weekly shop or when you need to put something together quickly. Very accessible and well laid out. Plenty of space for shoppers unlike other UK supermarkets. Staff are all friendly and always there to help you when you need it. Unfortunately they seem to be very busy at all times. It's hard to find someone on the shop floor to ask for information and if you do find them they look so busy that you'd feel bad disturbing them. Most of the time I'd have to make my way to the tills to ask for help with something. I wish they had more staff on the floor so they can pay attention to customers and check the products. There's been lots of times where I found products with the wrong price or no price at all. I'm not blaming the staff as they are overworked and underpaid. I'm blaming the management. Unfortunately this is how most supermarkets in the UK are and this review is not going to change anything. They are and will always money making entities who prioritise profits over the wellbeing of their staff/customers."
"I go there every Saturday. Good food. Cheep as chips. Save a small fortune. Love it."
"Well stocked store. Decent sized free car park. Staff always helpful. Go here on the way home. Busy but never too full. Always somewhere to park. Staff very friendly. Great range of tools on this week."
