"Absolutely disgusted with how unprofessional Hunters estate agents are. Would not recommend anyone at all to deal with them, extremely poor communication, completely ignored me despite contacting me to offer me a rented property after initially telling me I wasn't selected for it. Chantelle told me that she would arrange a viewing for me before I agreed to rent it as I had only seen a video. I called multiple times, left a voicemail & one woman from the sales team called me back only to be rude & uninformed! Chantelle to this day (since 25th June) has not had the decency to reply to my calls or emails. They hardly answer the phone when you do call and then when you actually speak to them, they leave you wondering what is happening next! People are struggling enough and don't need estate agents behaving like this. I have rented for over 12 years and never experienced this. Would not recommend to anyone."
