"Order number 20380071. Hi I was expecting a delivery from yourselves yesterday between 5pm and 7pm. However you driver didn't deliver to me he delivered my order to the wrong house!!!! Luckily for me I have honest neighbours (however the delivery wasn't even next door it was down the other end of the street ). The person whom took the delivery in did so, as her daughter had ordered the shopping and didn't know what supermarket she had ordered from. It was only when her daughter realised that the shopping was from Iceland and not morrisons that she told her mother it wasn't theirs. The neighbour then had to knock on everyone's door to see who the Iceland delivery belonged too. I find this to be a disgrace on Icelands behalf. Your driver has numerous chances to check the customers name and address with them. For instance on the paperwork or on the hand held device the customer is supposed to sign. (Also no paper work was handed over to my neighbour hence her having to knock on everyone's door ) This order contained all my shopping for Christmas. My Christmas could of been ruined by Iceland if it wasn't for the good nature of my neighbours. I am totally disgusted with Iceland, at a time of year when they should be making sure everything runs as smooth as possible for customers. Instead you are letting them down. So ordered from here today and these bananas are supposedly exceptable"
