"Because of covid it had been several years since I'd had my eyes tested and I was a little more nervous than usual about being in store. I need not have worried. Specsavers in Rotherham seem very well-organised, and right through from the initial phone call and booking an appointment, to collecting my new spectacles was a very positive experience. There was a genuine sense of team work while I was there, and I had very little waiting time, and no less than three separate people helped me to choose some new frames. I could not decide which ones to have, I liked so many of them, but there was no "hard sell" at any time, no one coerced me into trying contact lenses or extras, and I wished I had come here years ago. For the same price as one pair of spectacles had cost me at a previous optician I was able to buy four pairs! The two I bought from the budget range look and feel as durable as the more expensive pairs.
