"Horrible experience at this salon. Every part of the appointment was rushed. They cut off 9 inches of hair when I asked for 5cm (shown clearly with hands) which I'm still in shock about. When I got home my family pointed out that the cut was lopsided - I agree. They did not check length with me before making the first cut and they did not show me a mirror to check the back (I expect after realising they messed up). As someone who normally takes great pride in my hair, I'm now embarrassed by it because of this salon's neglect. It will take me years to get my hair back. Save yourselves the hassle and avoid."
