"A hair salon run by a middle-aged female hairdresser. I went several times to get my hair cut. The price was cheap, but was raised by 20 percent a few months ago, so the cost-effectiveness merit is a little lower than before."

After initial consultation she works hard to give you what you want in a timely manner. Her cuts and colours are good. She is very kind and has been excellent with my young children when I have had to take them with me."

"I don’t tend to leave a review, but I must say I have to leave one since my experience with this hair salon is one of the most scary and terrible moments in my life. I normally go for another hair salon in New Malden, but as they are on holiday I come to Hairline. Once I sat down in the chair, the woman hair stylist started to cut my hair without even asking what I want. During the process, as I asked her to stop for a bit, she did not even pause and listen. She was listening while she is CUTTING! She was even on a call while kept cutting my hair. This is outrageous! I am so frustrated by the experience, and I will not recommend anyone to come."

"I booked a wash, cut and blow-dry as I used to come to this salon when I was younger, however, I wish I had not. The whole appointment was rushed, it felt like she was just hacking away at my hair and my layers were left completely uneven. When I mentioned the layers not looking even she insisted they looked fine. I do not normally like to complain so I left it alone. I then had my hair coloured at a different salon a few weeks later and the new hairdresser immediately pointed out how badly my layers were done without me even mentioning it and the terrible job at thinning my hair. She even advised me to go back and have it re-done but I have completely lost trust in them."
