We started the journey looking at design ideas and went on a voyage of discovery We never thought that the ideas we had and worked together on would come through as our reality. Shelly is incredible and has such strong product knowledge. Her help and guidance have been invaluable and made the whole process painless, and the result is better than we could have imagined. We have had some very bad experiences upgrading bathrooms before and what sets Draw a Bath apart is that they actually care. We now have a beauitful unique bathroom that looks like something from a magazine, and it's 100% ours!! Even better as most things were made in the UK which was something important to me. Our fitter did a fab job, and I can't thank Alex enough for putting up with our kids constant questions. We look forward to seeing him again soon. We highly recommend Draw a Bath even if you are a novice like us and don't have a design bone in your body!"
