"Great nurses and doctors but the admin staff is abysmal. They clearly don't want to be there and make sure to let you know that you aren't welcome bothering them with your issues."

"If only I had the option to leave 0 stars. Most of the receptionist staff think they're doctors and try to diagnose patients, fail to put through repeat prescriptions, they're rude and aggressive. Tried to write off symptoms of lithium toxicity as a stomach bug n Covid. Most of the Dr's, with the exception of 2, don't listen to patients and even don't examine a patient, thats if you get past the receptionists and even get to see a doctor. They give out medication without checking if it's safe against other medications, allergies, etc. Complaints get ignored or even thrown in the bin without opening."

"Ive read many of the 1 and 2 star reviews about this practice and can't help but think of the several Drs surgeries in Mansfield that I have previously been a patient of. You're all very lucky that you are not registered there. One of the most frustrating things about getting to see a Dr is the COVID restrictions that although many ppl seem to think is over, it's still very much part of life. Agreed many companies have used this as an excuse for their short comings but personally I don't believe the NHS has at any level. Since moving home and surgeries I have had a number of nurse appointments and several phone calls from them regarding my health. The level of care has been second to none and so much better than my previous experience over the past 27 years in Mansfield. It's not perfect but with the number of patients on their books and an ever ageing population, it is certainly understandable that there will be unsatisfied ppl in the community."

"Honestly I don’t write reviews but I can’t cope with this practice no more , it’s not the staff although talking to what looks like a logical person that then tells me I need to ring back for an appointment I definitely need today for a doctors not that takes all of 2 minutes , to be told there no sick notes left ! What have we run out of paper ! Have people forgot how to write ? I’m what world is it logical to send a patient away who needs an appointment to ring back tomorrow for that appointment ? I honestly can’t cope with the illogical systems , I’ll be changing surgery because the anger I feel having to abide by these ridiculous systems in place that are everything but helpful is going to cause me to be in a mental institute"

"I'm leaving a review on behalf of my partner who is under this surgery. If I could leave no stars I would. The reception team are obstructive, rude and aggressive. They seem to think they are there to prevent as many people as possible from accessing healthcare. You cannot get an appointment for love nor money. Phones ring without being answered. When you do get through you are just told that you will be called back to be assessed. If they DO actually call and you miss it due to having to go to work etc, you have to do the whole rigmarole the next day, then the next. Absolutely, truly dire."
