Lulu my staffie stayed several times and was really excited to be there and sparky my cat stayed here I didn't worry for a moment .I collected sparky from her room which was clean .I was asked questions health and food for them .sadly my pets have passed but iv recommended this place to friends who were really happy about location and price .if they looked after guinea pigs and a bunny I would've have used again ."

"We were recommended Moss Cottage Kennels by our friend so we could go away for a week without worrying about our dog Dave. He is a deaf from birth dog and we hadn’t left him in kennels before so we were a bit hesitant but Moss Cottage took lovely care of him, the staff were lovely on drop off and pick up and Dave seemed really happy around them. He had slept in his own bed - which they had washed on pick up and they even groomed him and his nails before we picked him up- which we weren’t expecting! He seems happy and relaxed at home, so we will be recommending and Dave will be visiting again! Thank you"

"Really impressed after dropping my cat off today. The cattery/kennels are lovely, clean, the enclosures are bright, it doesn't smell terrible and the team are really friendly and live on site. Really happy that we can go away and not worry! Much much better than the other catteries classes as luxury that my cat has come back smelling terrible from."

"I keep seeing jobs advertised for this horrid place on indeed, so I thought I would submit a review detailing my experience. I feel like pet owners should be aware of just how toxic the environment is. I was given a work placement here for an animal care course I was doing, yet my days would mostly consist of sweeping leaves in autumn as opposed to hands on experience with animals. Because the kennels are situated in close proximity to houses, I was told to yell at the dogs at regular intervals to be quiet. The owners would even bang on the kennels with brushes. You people writing positive reviews don't seem to realise that your dogs don't get walked! While you swan off for two weeks on holiday, your dogs are left in their kennels without any attention at all, unless you pay extra to have them groomed. It was all about cleaning and I wasn't really allowed to linger, but I secretly would because I felt so sorry for the more nervous dogs being boarded next to aggressive types. There aren't enough staff and for good reason. Sue is nothing but a bully and this is evident in some of her replies on here. I would never board my pets at this prison."
