"Not the cleanest room I've stayed in. Bed was as comfortable as ever. I do also think that heated mirrors should be in all bathrooms now. So you can see for shaving after a shower."
"Very conveniently situated just to the south if Harrogate. Hotel is very neat and tidy and the room was the usual good standard of a Premier Inn room. The catering is by "Table Table" and is accessible from the hotel, without going outside. Meal deals are very good value and the food excellent. A pleasant stay."
"A brilliant two night stay. The hotel is clean, modern, comfortable and is supported by an excellent menu of great wholesome food at realistic prices. The staff are both helpful and friendly, everyone of them appearing happy at work and more than willing to help the customers."
"Room was lovely and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming, was nice and quiet to. breakfast was great it’s made to order instead of help yourself which is nice. The bed wasn’t as comfy as some of the other premier inns I’ve stayed at but I do have a bad back so it’s probably fine for others. Great place to stay if you’re on a budget and need to get your head down. I also want to say a massive thank you to all the staff that took my calls when my son left his favourite hoody in the room and to the manager who posted it back to us on his way home from work as we live 6 hours away. We received it today and I’ll have a very happy teenager when he gets home from school. If we are ever up that way again we will definitely be staying here."
