"It’s only the day after I went to AT for my cat to get a dental and nah be early days as far as my pets recovery goes but I cannot rate this place highly enough. The building itself actually looks like a dedicated veterinary practice, not just some room tucked in the back of a pet store. Their online chat services are excellent and I always hear back from them very quickly. My pets case was a bit complicated and after some confusion I was able to get an appointment for her to get a dental with Craig at the failsworth branch. They are a very busy practice, a number of other pets came in for surgery’s that morning. I didn’t have to wait very long to be seen to. Craig was kind and friendly, he clearly knew what he was talking about, he took the time to explain things to me properly and I didn’t feel like he was judging me or pushing me to do anything. I literally called my mum right after I left to say yes, he was great you would’ve liked his approach, I feel really good about this. My pet was seen to very quickly because of how stressed she was - I thought this was super kind and shows how they care about the animals. Craig called me to discuss her case after he’d examined her before doing the procedure and a few hours later I went to pick her up. Last night was the first time in MONTHS my pet ate food on her own without showing any signs of pain. I really hope that this will last and that we won’t have to go back for a long time. All in all I have had a very positive experience, I felt calm and reassured leaving AT with my pet and would recommend the place to a friend 10/10. Cannot thank Craig enough, he is excellent at his job."
