"Absolutely brilliant customer service! I have been trying to track down some Oak slabs to make a Memorial bench. My ex Son in Law sadly committed suicide and his Daughters 12 and 15 are completely devastated. They use to go with their Dad to a local Country park and we suggested putting a bench there so they could feel close to their Dad. The girls were over the moon with the idea. I tried numerous Timber merchants but unfortunately they were not helpful. Luckily I contacted P B Hardwoods, I could not believe how helpful, kind and considerate Conor was! Nothing was too much trouble. There were delivery issue for Conor but he didn’t make a problem of anything. I cannot recommend this Company highly enough! Outstanding service in this day and age! My Granddaughters and all my family are so grateful to this wonderful Company!"
