"Used Toolstation a few times, but I recently ordered a few items from them, over £500 worth. Ordered online, plenty of stock available, got a confirmation e:mail confirming the order and a text confirming the order was ready to collect to then find out that they missed off the bigger part of the order due to no stock (they refunded it before I got to the store, no problem there) but in this day and age, with the inventory system available there isn't a good excuse to show stock online that isn't available (in fact I'm sure there is a law against it) and then not even tell you that the order couldn't be fulfilled. Not store staffs fault, but if you're ordering something important from Toolstation, maybe try Screwfix instead."
