My reasoning for this is; 1: Competitive prices compared to local merchants and can’t be beaten on some materials. 2: The staff are wonderful, friendly and warming. 3: They stock good quality gear wether it be fixings, tools or building materials no matter what you get top quality."

"Set out to look for some fencing and before we visited MKM we called into next door ( won’t name) and had a shocking experience! Being told to have a look in the yard to see what’s available, had a walk round but needed guidance, sadly none forthcoming, so we walked. Called into MKM at we were greeted by the ever-so amiable Craig Bainbridge who produced a product guide, gave advice and showed us the product that he felt would suite our needs. Graig was fantastic and judging by the queries being asked of him is extremely knowledgable. He gave us a quote and we went on our way. On our way home we talked about our dissatisfaction with the service received next door and the help we were offered from Graig. With this in mind we returned and placed an order for nearly £600, not only that but having told my son in law of our positive experience at MKM he also placed an order. Fantastic service and customer care skills will always win the day. Love the product, the delivery driver was great, now having installed the fencing ( after painstakingly painted in the hot weather) I feel we made the right choice. Many thanks to all involved, wonderful service from all at MKM."

"Great Service Feel i have to leave a very positive review for this place. I was desperate for some wood to complete our decking area. All other suppliers were quoting a week to upto 4 weeks for delivery. I've now ordered 3 lots of deck joists and everytime these guys have delivered within 2 days max. Some times next day. The service has been excellent. Every person i've spoken to in sales has been really polite (and happy!) and the delivery guy Connor .. pretty sure it was the same guy today who delivered the last couple of times, was really helpful and a great guy to deal with. I can't say how made up i am with the service. By being able to deliver quick it's made our life so much easier by not delaying the job in hand. The product has been spot ontoo.
