"Sarah is so lovely and really put my mind at ease, she gave me great advice on how to best look after Eddie to make sure he stays nice and healthy and how to implement the changes we discussed. Sarah was lovely to Eddie and myself, there was no judgement whatsoever, just lovely and understanding and professional, sincere advice. Reception staff are so lovely and welcoming and couldn't help but notice the amount of knowledge and experience they have when talking to me and other visitors to the practice. "First appointment with new puppy for vaccinations - reception staff explained the process for second lot of vaccinations (we are first time puppy owners). Availability of appointments extremely good. Did not have to wait long in waiting room once we arrived. The vet did a thorough check of my puppy and asked lots of questions. As first time puppy owners the appointment was brilliant and really helpful"
