"Not impressed with how I was spoken to after querying why the fridge was not taken after they installed the kitchen despite my contract stating all rubbish will be removed from the site. Buyer beware other reviews state that once they have the sale and your money they suddenly become less helpful. That was certainly my experience. Buyer beware.... will be going elsewhere for the bathroom installation."
"Watch out for the parking at Wicks! Just been charged £100 fine for staying more than 90 mins. We didn't spot this! never seen before with other business's in the area. Ridiculous given we were there for a bathroom design appointment, which lasted 70 mins or so, taken into account a delayed start. Looking at some tiles after the appointment cost us quite a bit! Very bad taste after just agreeing to spend thousands on a new bathroom.....cheers Wicks!"
