"There are simply no words to describe the respect, kindness and support the venue staff offer. We had tickets as a gift and didn't realise our seats were on the first floor, my mother is currently using a wheelchair and had zero chance of getting to the seats in the dress circle. (She wasn't using a wheelchair when seats were booked) In moments Andi had arranged alternative accessible seating for her, treated her with such kindness and respect (rare in most venues she visits where she feels invisible due to the chair) and nothing was too much trouble. Andi made us feel like any other theatre goer in terms of the access issues and as if this wasn't worth worrying over, it was his purpose to make the experience the best it could be. The staff also returned to check on her during the interval and ask if she needed anything. It's also a beautiful venue, the show was spectacular but the theatre staff made the evening a stellar experience beyond any dream we could have hoped for. We went to enjoy a fun show, we left feeling amazing. If you have any kind of mobility issues I'd recommend choosing this venue above any other. I cannot praise this theatre and the staff enough. No photos to add as we were too busy enjoying our evening."

"(cheap) Seats super cramped, I'm short but my knees were touching.very convenient toilets. Great experience. Tiny stage but we were hight up. Very warm in the theater. Would go again, but in better seats."

"What a wonderful theatre! Loved the decor. Good sound and lighting. Seating is a bit tight, both in leg room and width. Pink Martini was amazing on the evening that I went. Access to the theatre is pretty good. From parking next door to getting into and out of the theatre. Good ratio of bars and food outlets to audience. I didn’t wait too long to be served."

"Saw 'An Inspector Calls' here. It's difficult to comment on the show itself as the theatre experience was awful. There were constant disruptions during the first 45 minutes as latecomers were let in throughout. Even when the show began there were over 100 people still trying to take their seats causing a great deal of commotion. The theatre should be aware that latecomers to a production are very common and have a better process for dealing with this so not to ruin the experience for the majority who are their on time. In addition, the backstage crew were very visible off stage right - there seemed to be a constant stream of staff moving around (I stopped counting at 50) - again causing further distractions to trying to get into the performance. #amateurhour We're off to watch the BBC version in the comfort of our home where we'll get a much better experience - even with constant interuptions from the kids!"

"We went to see South Pacific on Thursday night. The show was brilliant. The cast were superb, especially Julian who we were very excited to see. It was a shame some of the audience had bad manners. Talking loudly, rustling sweet and packets and in general not acting the way you should when a show is on. These actors put everything they have into these shows lets show them the respect they deserve."
