Clearly has an issue with women, offered no support or assistance and then flatly refused to apologise when the item was handed without issue to my son-law. Absolutely no people skills or professionalism shown by the attitude provided, that's a guarantee Non Return. However, the manager was very courteous with pleasent mannerisms and took the time to explain the misunderstanding. What a shame, his male chauvinist employee, does not share the same qualities.
