"Absolutely fantastic place! I rang them up, and they had what I needed waiting for me in 5 minutes. When the bolt didn't fit, John was incredibly helpful, and helped me find the right tap to fix the hole I was mounting it in. Could not recommend them more highly, and in particular John was amazing with how he went out of his way to help. Will definitely be using again in the future."
"Visited the Hindley Branch this morning. The man behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. My only observation is that he seemed stressed out with the amount of orders he had to deal with. Managers should take note this man needs a another member of staff to support him in busy periods especially if they want to retain a hardworking, dedicated member of staff who is doing his level best for them."
