"Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business. Only go if you don't mind being racially profiled and you don't mind being presented with a limited range of nail colours. Having checked their window for prices, I entered, showed them a photograph and asked if they could accommodate my nail art request without an appointment. They confirmed they could and gave me the price - which I agreed to. The gentleman doing my nails seemed very nice but unfortunately, I only discovered they didn't have the colour I wanted, once work had already commenced. Not great - especially considering I'd shown them a photo before I'd even taken a seat. During my treatment someone came in and enquired about a price and was advised that it was "...cash only...". On hearing this, the only other (two) clients present and I, all asked for directions to the nearest cash point. It was very clear that none of us had known prior to our treatments beginning, that it was a cash only establishment. The two ladies finished their nails before me and each left - without question or incident, to get cash and return. When it came to me however, I was told to leave something of value before I could leave the shop! To be clear, I am a respectable, middle-aged woman who wears M&S jeans, I am neither young nor am I flashy. I'd been quietly listening to a podcast throughout my treatment. I wasn't loud, I wasn't unfriendly, I hadn't caused a disturbance - in fact there was absolutely no reason for them to have asked me to leave my valuables behind before I could leave to get cash! I was shocked but I left my keys - I didn't want any trouble. When I returned - with the cash and as this has NEVER happened to me before, I asked them why they hadn't asked the other two ladies to leave valuables before they each left to get cash. I asked if was because they were white and I am not. They didn't deny it. They didn't have an answer. They smiled but didn't apologise. It's an experience I've never had before and I do not wish to repeat. I was very upset having just paid good money on lovely nail art but in a colour I didn't want PLUS being treated like a suspected thief! As a business owner myself, I will always try to support small businesses, it is unfortunate that I cannot recommend this one."

"They are okay for the price. The finishing isn't amazing, they rush the job but are somehow always delayed to start your appointment and you're hanging around for ages; odd! The vibe is also isn't amazing in there. There are better places on the high street for similar price."
