I did my Bridal Hair and Makeup with Mala in 2020, this was the most unpredictable year with Covid-19 and endless lockdowns in the UK but Mala made my whole bridal experience perfect. I am originally from Canada and didn't know where to start for hair and makeup. My husband recommended we try out our local area as we were really struggling with professional's understanding the circumstances of Covid changing our wedding plans. From the minute I called her, Mala had a lengthy chat with me over the phone and then immediately set me up with a safe 1:1 in person, to discuss my options. She was SO understanding given the circumstances of unknown lockdowns before my wedding and was very flexible up until my wedding date as rules and regulations were changing daily. She was always on standby for me at any given time and is so knowledgeable, explaining everything step by step with me. I did not have my mom in the country and massively appreciated her guidance and support in a time I really needed it. She treats all of her clients with the utmost respect and most importantly she is fun and bubbly! Mala is the definition of a hard dedicated worker, she went on to do a whole day in her salon after our early morning hair and makeup for my wedding AND she even fit me in for a cheeky hair change-up for my evening look! She bends over backwards for her clients and I can not express my gratitude enough to her for making my Covid-Lockdown wedding so memorable. I have just recently gone back, after yet another lockdown, 7 months later now, and can honestly say I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair moving forward!
