"I came here for a full leg, arm and underarm wax. Maria did an amazing job with the waxing, and was extremely friendly and lovely. She instantly made me feel comfortable. Thank you very much to Maria. I also got a fringe done by Humira, which was also beautifully done. Lovely and professional staff and amazing service. I would definitely recommend going to get a wax done by Maria. They also have very decent prices."

"Originally booked a lash lift and eyebrow threading. I called in 24hrs before to change my treatment but advised I would be charged for the original treatment regardless. Requested that they add credit to my account so at least I can put those funds towards a different treatment in the future and this was finally agreed to over the phone. Midway through the lash lift, they debated with me about the credit saying this was never agreed and insisted that I still go ahead with the treatment. Very unprofessional and not relaxing at all. Had to get up from the treatment bed (with my eyes closed due to the lash lift process) as they had double booked me and the room needed to be used for another customer. I had to be (literally) blindly led to the main area with my eyes closed and sat in the makeup/hairdressing chair, resulting in neck strain. Humira eventually agreed to the credit (again) but was adamant to it being used within 3 weeks although she was aware I’m going abroad for a few weeks. I eventually settled for a facial although I didn’t even want or need this. Lash lift caused severe eye irritation and burning sensations - had to keep calling someone over to check it or remove the eye patches. Felt like my eyes were on fire. Facial was great and done by Maria who was professional. However the steam caused some of my lashes to bend, affecting the impact of the lift which was just done. They were in denial and said it looks fine when I could clearly see it wasn’t. They forgot about my eyebrow threading until I reminded them so went back into the treatment room again. I was then brought back out to the “good lighting” to finish my eyebrow threading. Went back and forth between the main salon area and treatment room several times when I should have been there throughout. Just so disappointed with the entire experience. No empathy shown even when in pain. So uncomfortable for the duration of the lash lift that it’s put me off completely. Never returning here again."

Your staff is highly professional Clearly chosen due to best costumer service and years of experience in the area (even though looking so young) I initially booked my appointment on the wrong time, called them and through the phone the receptionist was immensely friendly and helpful. As I walked in I was greeted with the most enthusiastic faces asking how I was and if I needed any snack/drink (I loved the rose lemonade by the way). I usually feel very uncomfortable with threading due to my sensitive skin, but the whole experience was so pleasant that I didn’t feel even the slightest pain during my session. This was the first time that I left happy with my eyebrow shape and had such a good experience in the same place -and I really appreciate that you take male clients and treat them as well as the ladies Thank you Humira’s Beauty Bar and we’ll see next time!"

"I visited humiras salon after being recommended by a family member as they were very pleased with the treatment received.. I must say the moment I walked in I was very impressed! The salon has a wow factor the way its decorated looks very stylish lavish and the staff were incredibly friendly. I was nervous but humira made me feel at ease and knew exactly what I wanted with my hair, she is very friendly humble and down to earth and offers her services catered to suit your needs and fulfils that to perfection! I highly recommend this place to everyone, prices are good and the service was great too! Most importantly my hair looks amazing been wanting this look for so long with many tried and failed attempts previously at other salons humira has proved she can achieve anything u want!
