Contacted the store through e-mail numerous times, asking where my item was, but never received a response. Called the store up and was told to wait as Hermes would be delivering the parcel and they apparently have a 'strange delivery system'. Waited a few more days and un-surprisingly received nothing. Checked my account on the cashconverters website and see that my payment for the purchase has been refunded. Clearly they lost the item or sold it in store and never updated the listing online. Poor communication and customer service."
