"We were offered a 'Sole selling rights' agreement which is the most restrictive of all types of estate agent contracts. Despite assurances from the agent we were unhappy with the wording of the Agreement and clauses. We followed the agents complaints policy and the agent resolved the issue to our satisfaction, so the issue has now been resolved which is a sign of a proffessional agent.
