"A Friendly Bank I have banked with this Branch for several years and been mostly satisfied with the service. Staff have been helpful and polite. Last year, my wife & I visited the Manchester branch, and we were served by Ms Sanya Puri, Deputy Branch Manager, who we found to be pleasant, professional and efficient. I have since then had reason to speak with her and she has always been friendly & obliging. There have however in the past been couple of occasions, when staff members after assuring me to ring back regarding a query, have not done so.
