"Thank God for the manager who was on shift tonight, very compassionate and understanding. Great individual for management role. Sadly I can not use the same words to describe the two ladies behind the customer service tills. One Caucasian lady named Jane with short hair and another Caucasian lady i wasn't able to retrieve her name. After refusing to assist me with applying gas and electric for a vulnerable individual not only did they label me irate and aggressive, (at no point did I raise my voice or display aggressive behaviour towards staff) they also made unprofessional comments towards me. Pretty sure management would of refused to serve me if accusations were true. As a black women I feel the words used so quickly to label me as well as the refusal to assist me is down to the colour of my skin. Cant thank the manager enough! I shop at this Asda frequently and have never had to encounter racism ! Disgusting! The two stars are for management on shift ONLY"
"there is fraud on the online shopping site of the market.. they withdraw the money and do not bring the products. Never shop online. You will get very upset. You will not get your money back. It's not nice to be scammed. I felt so bad. I hope you don't go unpunished by god"
"If you go on a weekend it does not matter what time of day, there are no trolleys and no baskets at the entrance, meaning you have to go hunting for them in the car park, or at the tills. Very rude people in there who seem to enjoy taking every family member possible with them when shopping, people having chats in the aisles and blocking the way. They also seem to enjoy coming very close to you, almost touching you when they want stuff rather than just saying a polite excuse me please, no manners."
"I enjoy shopping at Asda because, it has good value for money with the roll back. Also if you time it well they do great discounts too. Most days it not to crowded. And they have wide range of food to choose from in my opinion."
