"Walked past here a few times. Decided to go in to check out. Friendly barista who served me and exchanged pleasantries. A bit pricey but TimTams are nostalgic and it was nice to see. My coffee was good and I believe oat milk is an optional cost extra."
"I ordered my standard batch brew filter coffee that I order which I order at every specialty cafe I go to, I loved the carafe and double walled mug they served it in. I've been a few times and always like to pop in for a coffee when I'm in Ealing."
"I would advise to avoid this place at all cost. We have been walking past it for months and finally decided to give it a go. Thinking that a place like this is probably specialises in hard to get coffees etc. So where do I begin. Service was very uncertain, cashier didn't want to interact same can be said about the lady who prepared coffees for us. Coffee is no better then McDonald's, cakes were OK but again nothing to shout about. The place was extremely dirty, dust and dirt everywhere, please see pictures attached, the situation has not changed weeks later as I walk past there almost every day and the same dust and dirt is still in those places. To top it off there was a jug of water which you could use, I have poured two glasses and we set down at the table only to find out that water had a petrol like film floating on top and there was some dust floating as well with some bits at the bottom of the glass. Verdict: coffee is mediocre, cakes are OK, cleanliness is poor, glasses and mugs are not washed thoroughly, tables are dirty, floor full of dust. Please look elsewhere whilst spending your time in Ealing Broadway."
"First time I set foot in this coffee house and what a disappointment. I walked in and there was no one available to take my order and after waiting for a minute I peered round the corner by the toilets to get the attention of the lady who was in the back. She then proceeded to having a go at me and called me ‘crazy’ because I was letting her know a customer is waiting. This was followed by some back and forth and no apology for the insult - I came in here for a cup of coffee not a verbal assault. She then proceeded to make a very poor cup of latte. I’ve had machine lattes that have been better. To the owners, I’m sure you invested in this fine establishment with a goal to provide good quality coffee in Ealing but experiences like this will leave a bad taste in the local community’s mouth - and that’s before trying the latte."
"Really good coffee, only problem was the sponge cake we got, although tasty, wasn't provided on a plate and was hard as if it had been there a couple of days."
