"Service is slow; there's always a queue since they changed the self service checkouts to ones that don't take cash. Staff are friendly and helpful but obviously being hamstrung by somebody sat miles away in an office somewhere."
"Terrible service by staff and security! I understand it’s hot today but taking it out on your customers is not right! Firstly I’ve had milk constantly go out of date way before there use by date! Today I have been told to leave my drink at the door as I’m not allowed to walk around the shop with it even though it was open and less than half was left! I then go into at 22:55pm and get told I have 10 seconds left to get what I need or I can’t buy anything!! Im not happy at all and I will also be calling to complain again in the morning!"

"It's handy for quick visits & you can normally park outside. It also has a cashpoint just outside the building, which is useful. It's open later than other small shops, so when I was working evenings, I would shop there regulary & often got bargains on items when the sell by date was nearing. Staff are always friendly & helpful too."
"Third time I will have to go back there as items I have paid for have not been put in the bag by the staff, as they are generally too busy chatting to each other than they are on concentrating on you, the paying customer. If I ran my business like this I would lose clients all day long. Train your staff in customer care, not chatting with each other all the time, or the big chap that butts in when I am being served (twice now). And try not to give clients dirty looks when they remind you to say please when asking for the money they had to say thank and please to earn!"
