"Every time I order from here, whether its om the website or uber eats I never get what I order. If you call the store they don't help. If you go into the store they always have what you never received from your delivery. Its like your not a priority if you don't visit the store. Won't waste time or money here again."
"I'm wondering if this place is closing down sometimes? It's a decent enough supermarket for the size and the closest one for us apart from Aldi. but the whole "trolley Fiasco" has literally been going on for months. They have even put £ coin locks on them (which is another hinderance but fine to deal with) but there arent any new trolleys so unless you go mega early, you have to queue and wait for people to finish. this is a bit poor and although we like the rewards app and the wife has blue light card we just go elsewhere sometimes. Hence why we wonder if this is due to close down as there seems to have been no attempt to get new trolleys in over a few months. we have a young child and there is no way we can just stand around waiting for some1 to finish, stalking them to their car and watching them unload"
"The scan and go really needs looking at, compared to competitors, pretty poor, performance wise. Problems I had, removing items mission, getting a device it's just to slow and cumbersome. Just gave up with it yesterday. When it comes to check out what is with the multiple scanning. Scan the till now the till scans the barcode on the device. Repeated questions on both handled and device. Also, was late to store yesterday (After 19.30) and get they have to stock the shelves at some point but having pallets and cages so you can't get to stuff is pretty smart retail. Self serve great but if I ended up waiting longer than checkout what's the point, besides Asda padding it's bottom line. Was back there again and the handheld machines have improved. Still along way to go but a small improvement. Also seemed busier than ever, but that is Christmas for you."
"Great store, great staff, good variety of stock and good prices. But no trolleys, which means everything I've written up to this point was a waste of time. If you can't find a trolley, how are you meant to shop?"
"Love the asda pounds not points app easy to use. As people not all got smart phones they need to make a card so everyone gets to use it. Good layout in store and prices and a variety of products to choose from. Would recommend using the store."
