"Great "Middle of Lidl" products which I always like to peruse. Some of their weekly international produce are always worth a try and I particularly liked the Greek foodstuffs they recently had to offer. Prices and quality are great which is very important in the current economic climate."

"As a regular customer who's been shopping at lidl for many years. I have just had one of the worst customer experiences in many years. Firstly, i was picking some items from the shelf and Liam from “customer service” bashed my cart quite hardly from the back. This is not an issue but he didn't even have the courtesy to even look back, forget apologising. I’m sure this can be investigated further with plenty of CCTV evidence. However, this was just the beginning. Liam then showed me a very poor attitude while i was still trying to shop there to the extent that i had to demand to see the manager. The manager then arrived and she was just as unhelpful, if not worse than Liam. She was adamant that Liam had supposedly apologised when he had certainly not. Again this would be evident in the CCTV footage. Regardless, i had to get this review out there and i am not making any claims of discrimination but I felt part of the reason i was treated so badly was the islamic attire I had worn. This is completely unacceptable in an area like Dewsbury where we have a diverse community. Some action must be taken against this and we need to spread this word."

"Always good to go to LIDL. Large supermarket with a great range of options. The best bit? probably the bakery which is quite popular, with fresh items made daily. Prices are great in comparison to other supermarkets and a lot of unusual items / variety of foods can be found which some of the well known supermarkets dont stock"

"A very busy store, stopped in for some pastries from the bakery. A Polish lady staff member particularly helpful whenever I ask her something. Free parking with loads of spaces for 1.5 hours and handy for a quick trip in to that side-on Dewsbury Town. Store very clean and very reasonable on price, hence why so busy"

"Seems to have recently been updated, much better layout than before. Very modern Interior and staff are keeping up to it well with a friendly attitude. Be careful with your trolley in the carpark as it's not level!"
