"Absolute disgrace of a store. The self service checkouts are a joke .many many time you have to wait 10+ mins for someone to show up and then you are greeted by snotty comments. No stock at all even though all the local shops have the "none available" stocks and just a couple of miles away asda at holt park have no shortages at all . Many years I have shopped here but no more . Morrisons management hang your heads in shame !"

"If you compare it to the Morrisons at Kirkstall, it really doesn't have much going for it except the café and a small TU clothing section. Usually well stocked and staff, although a bit slow on the tills, are friendly."
"Absolutely dreadful customer service in store. No one at the so called customer service desk. Staff ( with the exception of a few) ignorant and rude. The security guard was more helpful than the floor staff who ironically all wear jackets saying "Love to help""
