"Great shop, i cant speak polish, but always been served with respect. Lovely ladies works there! Owner needs to think about logistics, as sometimes shelves empty with no stock, so wasted Journey."
"I went shopping there today when I CHECK MY RECIPE I WAS CHARGE 22 times for products with I suppose to be charged 2 times x £1,19. When I return to the shop the women who served me she responded I pressed 22 BY MISTAKE .IF YOU SHOP THEIR BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU MAKE BIG SHOPPING .I BEEN OVERCHARGED MORE THEN £23 .I WILL NEVER SHOP THEIR AGAIN. SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME."
"Rude staff, behaved as if they were doing me a favour by serving me!! No face masks worn by staff or customers (except me) - it's mandatory!! Won't go back there again, not safe!!"
"This used to be the Dudley Port pub. Until someone painted it bright yellow and turned it into a polish shop, what a waste of a good pub. People have said the products are cheap but don't be fooled into buying anything. Because when you get to pay for items you'll find them much more expensive at the till."
"Owner discriminates. He parks his two posh cars- a white Range Rover and a black Rolls in the disabled parking. Said if "you people" came here more often he would leave the parking open, but as "you people" don't come here, he will park as he likes. Told him of the difficulty I had getting in, he basically made it clear he didn't want "people like" me at his store. I suggest people shop elsewhere. There is nothing there that isnt available elsewhere. I did get in but because of poor parking I couldnt use my wheelchair so didnt stay long. Shop not very clean. Staff were nice to face but some rude - they didn't realise I understood enough Polish to know they were making fun of me, calling me a "Glupia Anglieska" - stupid englishwoman - and suggesting I should be in an "English Shop" because I won't know what anything is. That upset me quite a bit. I was also challenged for bringing in my fully jacketed, registered assistance dog. I was told she could not come in. I tried to explain, the first girl said, in Polish, to the other than dogs were dirty and I was stupid for bringing her in. The second girl decided to let her in when I said I would call Police. I don't know if they knew anything about access legislation or diversity... but they sure didn't know about disability. Some of the items on shelves had misleading prices. I bought one jar which was 89p on the shelf and 1.30 something at the till. I asked why, she shrugged. Some of the items on the shelves were past sell by. Items in freezer not priced. None of the items have any English information on them. Meat counter was open in the back... there were two flies in the case (so I didnt buy anything there) Queues were very long. Manager/owner was rude and impatient. I really liked the items I did buy, but its certainly not because of the shop I got them in. I think people deserve better."
