"Shocking customer service by some of the staff, i bought the £6 pizza deal a few weeks ago where you get a free sky movie, when i was at the self check out i needed help how to obtain my voucher, a member of staff came over who was very rude! The way she spoke to me was disgusting, saying “you’ll get your voucher when you pay” in a very snappy manner, once i paid i asked her again, she then told me to print off my receipt and the transaction code is my redeem code, i knew this sounded odd but attempted it anyway, clearly she was wrong. Went in again a few days later, her and another member of staff was talking about a customer on the shop floor, some very unprofessional staff who work there, not all but some. it’s a local shop for me just a shame who they employ, maybe train them to have some customer service skills."
