"This is a very large Morrisons and a good place to purchase all your home shopping. A huge variety of products from fresh to frozen, also has a large cafe attached."
"This store is a total shambles. The cafe staff when we last visted were rude, had to clear dirty tables to sit down. Whenever we have shopped here there are loads of empty shelves. The freezers are broken and several empty or not restocked. Cages of empty card left in aisles. Noticed that this store seems to have inflated prices too!. Latest visit was an absolute disgrace how they treated my Mum whom was made to feel so bad left the store in tears. Complaint is being sent. Wil NEVER set foot in this store or any Morrisons again!"
"Online shop/click and collect worse than dreadful. Firstly kept waiting more than 15 minutes on Saturday despite email telling me order ready and several messages to them telling them I was waiting. EVEN WORSE I returned 8 of the 9 completely inappropriate substitutions but have been CHARGED for all. Nearly £30 too much as we returned all the substitute wine. I’m currently on phone to customer services for second time to sort this out-the very young obviously untrained boy did not process the returns according to the store. Since Morrisons lost several long standing employees click and collect is unworkable. Many months ago I switched to Tesco with no problem but stupidly was lured back by £10 online discount which has so far cost me £30. NEVER again."
"The store has lost something (?) Since COVID. Produce is pricey and not the grade1 it used to be, with limited shelf life compared to the fast turn over of Aldi half a mile away, shelves only seem half full."
"Every time I come to this Morrisons I have to walk round the car park on the hunt for a trolly (I’m heavily pregnant so it’s really inconvenient for me). The shelves are also very very empty, poor veggie options and not enough staff on the tills. Only bonus is not needing £1 for a trolly (when you can find one)"
