Reviews
"Medium sized supermarket, mainly food and some household products. Plus- their own brand foods are crazily cheap. Minus - chaotic arrangement of checkouts, staff stand around doing nothing."
"I was visiting York recently and popped into this asda for Heets. As soon as I entered a chubby black haired lady looked at her colleagues with a weird face when she saw me going towards her. I found that really rude and frustrating but anyway I asked her for yellow heets , she took it out from the drawer and asked for my ID(they never ever ask for my ID anywhere) .I said to her I left it in my car that was parked far from asda and it was cold and windy as well. She said to me I don’t look 25!!!! She said the age limit to buy cigarette is 25! She lied just not to give me cigarettes. I felt humiliated and bullied in a same time! She was absolutely disgusting the way she looked at me as well when I walked in. I don’t understand How this kind of people can work in customer service??? I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s complained about her I wish I knew her name so I could write it down so they know who I’m talking about.. the problem was not that she asked for my ID , the problem was that she doesn’t know How to treat customers and she doesn’t even know the age limit for buying cigarettes and that she is a bully."
"Used to be my favourite store, shopped there nesrly every day. Not sure what's happened but the new staff and management seem rude and not helpful. Won't be hoing there again."
"Missing items in my deliveroo order and deliveroo won't refund me..... Edited Your asking me to do something ive already done ...as it's your packing people that haven't put the item in there it's your fault it's fine ill send someone to take it from your store if they don't refund me it in 2 days .like I have spare money for you and you it counterparts to steal from me !"
"Went to Asda three days ago and it was almost empty hardly anyone at the tills no queues and I got a few things and was able to pay for the items without a problem"
