"Absolutely terrible service! Placed an order and waited over an hour. The online tracker said that it was still being prepared and when we phoned them (for the second time as the first call was declined) they said that the order had been cancelled which was news to us as we hadn't been contacted at all to let us know. We were also told that the refund would take up to five business days to process (funny how they took the money straight away though). When we asked how to go about contacting the branch manager to make a complaint, they refused to give us any information. The food is good but I would strongly recommend ordering from a different branch as the customer service at this one is utterly useless."
"I ordered from this branch tonight, and imagine my horror when I checked the recent reviews after having already put the order through, especially given that it was a Saturday night! No such problems though, pizza arrived within half an hour, with no mistakes despite us making some alterations, tasted exactly as expected from domino's and to top it off the delivery driver was really nice and polite and did his job really well. The only issue really was the app, which wasn't as good an aftersale experience as normal (updates, tracking etc.), but I don't think that's really an issue with this branch so much"
"I tried to place an order online, but couldn't manage due to having problems with my mobile data? So I decided to call and I mentioned that my son can come and collect from the shop as we are 2 minutes away. I wanted to check about the deal buy 1 get 1 free offer if I was allowed to mix or do they have to be same flavour. I started to place my order over the phone, but for some reason the operator put the phone down on me. I rang back thinking maybe just got accidentally cut as I'm having problems with my phone? He picked up the phone and put it down without saying a word ? I tried again and guess what? Same happened again. So I decided to try my work phone instead and guess what ? He Picked up and put down again. So decided not to bother again as I Don't want my food tampered with, cos he will be upset if I just rock up. So unfortunately I went to the opposition across the road which was Topps pizza and i received a professional customer service. Kind regards Rob"
