"I would give this place zero if I could. This store is an Evri delivery agent. I went in there to return 2 items I'd purchased via Amazon. The patron was rude, told me he doesn't have time to be giving me individual receipts, and he doesn't get paid enough. He also told me he'd providing a free service. I responded with, the fact that he does not provide the free service to me, Amazon do, and he chose to be an agent, and what he gets paid is nothing to do with me. UPDATE: As this is the nearest agent, I visited again and followed Amazon's instructions were they say you don't need to package the items. I therefore brought them in their plastic wrapping (as I received them). The Agent would not take the items in the plastic wrappers they arrived in, even after I showed them that this was acceptable on the returns instructions on the Amazon App!"
