"Rachel is a lovely woman, always keeps the pies warm. x"
"Love this shop, staff are always smiley and cheerful!"
"We visit this shop fairly ragularly often in a morning while on the school run. Whenever we go in the staff are so kind and helpful and cheerful. Rachel seems to be the one that stands out from the crowd and always has a smile on her face and happy to help. She is a great example of how customer service should be. If you do a customer service award or similar it should go to Rachel without a doubt."
"visited the Marple store on 24th April to pick up parcels and buy some milk. A rather brash women called Rachel was serving. I had experienced this lady about 6 months previously and had vowed not to go back into store if she was there. However the traffic was bad and I didn't have time to go somewhere else. She served a lady in front of me and her parcel was left in the middle of the shop to be I guess eventually taken upstairs. Then it was my turn. I paid for my goods whilst this lady was talking rather loudly and crudely about having just eaten to a fellow work colleague who looked embarrassed. I told her I had several parcels to pick up from Very. I had my bar codes ready. She went to look for them. There's only 1 you'll have to contact who u got them from to see where the others are. This was done is a loud dismissive way. I said I had texts and messages from Yodel telling me they were ready. I offered to show her. She didn't want to know or help and made me feel like something on her shoe. I don't know how I remained calm. The other lady said we could check the paper work but was over ruled loudly and arrogantly by Rachel - no its not here she'll need to contact who sent them. I asked her Yodel or Very - again she was short with me and completely unhelpful. I decided to leave quietly before I lost my cool and demeanour. As I left she shouted after me.... yes thank you very much bye in a sarcastic manner"
"Whatever you do, don't use this shop for dropping off parcels. They are awful. I took a John lewis parcel there, tightly wrapped, all legit the same way I've dealt with Post Office. They refused to give me a receipt saying "we have changed our courier and the receipt machine isn't working but you won't have any problem" Stupid gullible me. A month later John Lewis haven't received the parcel, I'm £150 out of pocket. I've gone back complaining and they were hopeless. The woman said, we can't find it, so why font you tell your bank you've had your bag stolen with the receipt in, and get them to refund you??? Don't use them. I know I'm stupid for trusting them. But don't be stupid like I was."
