"As Aldis go, this is probably one of the nicer ones. Make sure you take your own bags as they are unreliable in what they have available. Typical Aldi, that staff, especially at checkout could be considered as a little rude and too direct and I often get shouted at. I don't know why, but, before I go I always do a few press ups and shadow boxing, just in case it kicks off and a riot breaks out...Sadly it never has but maybe next time..."

"Pick the right time and you’ll be able to whizz through this branch without having to queue for ages to pay (fair number of self-serve terminals as well). Only downside is checkout staff not being as friendly as some other supermarkets - one male checkout operator in particular is one of the most sour faced ALDI staff members we’ve ever experienced. If low(ish) prices and some not very nice tasting replacements for “branded” food items available at other supermarkets are all you are really after, this ALDI brand should suffice."
