"I’ve always ordered pizza from perfect pizza but yesterday was the worst experience ever. There was a lady who I have never spoken to before who took the call and she was so rude. I was sent a meatfeast pizza with no ham just pepperoni. When I called back and sent them a photo too she was arguing with me. Wouldn’t admit she was in the wrong or apologise. When I asked to be put through to the manager she said he will call me back and put the phone down. They have now lost a loyal customer. Food gone down and worst customer service."
