"The workers are very racist, and I did not come to pay a place for a cup of coffee until I was treated in this way, and the drink was very bad, until I made a form that did not do it, even though I made the request and the cup was dirty. I left the drink on the table and left. The staff who accepted in this way were not. Twice in a row they were bad people I was a regular customer but after this i will not be a customer any more ."
"I get the same drink (medium salted caramel frappe) regardless of the Costa that I go to, and I find that the quality of the drink here depends on who's making it. A bit frustrating when I'm expecting slushy goodness and I get warm, half-blended soup."
"Went in at 5 was told instantly they close at 6. I tried to sit with my coffee but they wouldn't let me as they said they close at 6 and don't want people sitting there. All the chairs were beeing put on tables. I wanted to sit for a coffee after shopping as I have a bad back and was in pain. The coffee was boiling and burnt my hands in the take away jug, they had no jacket to make it cooler and was made way too hot. I usually love a costa coffee but this tasted very bad, extremely watered down, the worst tasting Costa coffee I have ever had. No loos were available."
"Lovely place for a catch up and warm atmosphere. Think there should be a little more room for those exiting but overall really good."
"Always loved visiting this branch. Staff friendly and willing to talk about the coffee etc. Although it is located on Market Street, there is plenty of seating. I think it can get busy between here and the other Costa located near to Primark. The seating area is clean, well lit and fresh looking. Comfortable seating so definitely consider sitting down. Enjoy!"
