King Pizza & Kebabs Dagenham 90 Wood Lane, Dagenham RM9 5SL

"I ordered food from this restaurant on Friday 14th February 2020, first of all the food was late by 45mins, and when I opened the food boxes I noticed the food they gave was burnt. I ordered the biggest platter they do.However the 8 garlic bread with cheese, Chicken doner, Lamb doner was missing. I called the restaurant straight way. They sent the driver back only with the garlic bread. That's when I said enough is enough, I told the driver to take it all back as this is very bad service which resembles the burnt food and I cannot wait any longer for food plus the burnt food they sent has put me off. The driver was very rude and aggressive didn't want to take the food back, but eventually did. I asked him for a refund and he refused. That night I had to spend more money and get food from elsewhere. I want a full refund from this restaurant and compensation for the burnt food. I order from Just Eat on a regular bases and this is by far the worst experience I have had. I am still waiting for my refund. Con of a restaurant this is how they make their money. I have escalated this to food standards and JUST EAT. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! DISGUSTING and tacky place; I have attached a picture of the burnt food that was delivered click on photos."

"Do not order from these people, they openly admitted to me that they sell frozen fish!! I can say with 109% confidence that I will cook better frozen fish from Tesco, the kebab wraps are filth, union rings filth! And when you call them to complain they hang the phone, call them back and they say “do what you have to do” they don’t care and the food is disgusting! Never never never ever spend your money in this absolutely trash of a heep the call a pizza, kebab & fish bar because you will be ripped off!!! For the 1st time in about 7 years I’m absolutely disgusted! And I’m a person that never does a review!"

"STAY AWAY!!! My family ordered food just now when I call for some answers about the low quality of the food and the wrong order. I personally ordered the King Burger. Which had no description on the site. So I presumed (foolishly) that would be a decent sized burger with a name of such regal importance. Turns out it was a cheese burger that barely had any cheese or burnt meat. Missing items, to which the response of "getting next time" If It couldn't be right the first time, why would I order again. The person on the phone then proceeded to just hang up after more complaints, so I guess their manners are like their cooking. Abysmall. Stay away."

"Ordered a large mixed meat and chips and when food arrived there was probably like only 5 shreads of meat donner and a small handful of chicken donner and they filled the rest of the box with chips. Food didnt even taste great tbh. Supposed to be a turkish takeaway according to uber eats tasted more like a asian run chicken shop. Chilli sauce had no flavour and was thick like a puree and no spice. Would not recommend!!!"

"Terrible food. Ordered kebabs, pizza, chicken nuggets and chips and every single item was overcooked and burnt. Kebab was cardboard, pizza was burnt bread. To make things worse, it was all cold. Very disappointed as I've ordered kebabs a few years ago from this place and was ok. Never again."
