"Not the greatest Costa I have visited! Service was ok, and the coffee was good. However I had a cinnamon brioche, I had to send the first one back because it was to stale to eat. This was replaced, the replacement wasn’t much better!"
"Useless, slow, unprofessional, dreadful handwritten signs attached to wet floor signs stating they're closed. Consistently close around 7pm. Poorly managed, rude staff. Awful!!! If you'd like a toastie at 1pm, I highly recommend ordering it no later than 11.30am as the service is painfully slow. It would be quicker to sit on the toastie to warm it up."
