"Placed order at 18:45 and the food arrived at 20:15. Rang the branch to ask how long it would be l was told there is no driver and food is sitting in the kitchen and will be reheated once the driver comes but when it arrived it was stone cold. Not the first time l placed order with this branch but l think l should stop ordering from now on. Because l have to ring them every time l place an order to ask them not to put too much tomato sauce as the food is not edible when they put. The base gets wet and cheese is swimming on top of the sauce"
