"We ordered our Pizza, and whilst waiting we received a phone notification that the pizza was delivered when it wasn't. When we called them to ask where it is they said it was still on its way, however, we promptly received a call from the driver that said he couldn't reach us after several calls. This didn't make sense for several reasons because not only did we receive no missed calls, but he was talking to us on the phone so it definitely worked, and if he had failed to get hold of us why did he put that the pizza had been delivered? When we asked him why he never knocked our door or rang the buzzer if he couldn't reach us by phone like he claimed, and he dismissed it, and said that it doesn't matter now as he has moved on and we will have to cancel our order in order to get a refund (as he had put the pizza as delivered although it wasn't). Terrible service, unfriendly and rude with ridiculous drivers that falsely claim deliveries are on time even if pizza isn't delivered."
"Ordered from here various times and also had a couple local pickups. Good is always tasty and great. Of course they have the times where pizzas are definitely too oily and other times where they're just completely dry, but in general this is great! Staff are actually nice to you even when busy which is great to see, not something that's usually true in these sort of places. Not much I can say, if you like Pizza Hut, this hut got you covered"

"I went to the store and ordered take away I was served by a lovely lady called Ellie. I was pleasantly surprised at how good her customer service was compared to previous pizza huts.
