"If your order pizza after 10 pm it is likely going to take and hour and arrive cold. I live about 1.2km from the shop itself. This has happened twice now. The Pizza said delivered after 25 minutes but I waited another 35 min. I don't have huge expectations for take away pizza but being hot is one of them. * Changed to 3 stars as gave me a full refund via free next pizza and garlic bread. Can't hate on that"
"A very upsetting experience. We ordered our pizza and an hour after the driver had left with the order we didn't know what was going on. We called and then suddenly the driver was there... an hour later obviously the food is freezing!! The driver then says he's not giving us the food when after an hour we deserve a refund and the food.. but then!! The driver assaults me and hits the pizza box. Distgusted and upset!! License plate KP20 HBN"
"I feel like the reviews are accurate. I ordered at 1130, 45 mins passed. I called and they said they were incredibly busy - they had no clue how long they would be. The pizza, an hour after order, was, stone cold. Completely rediculous and very frustrating The person on the phone however, was very receptive. He understood my concerns, was apologetic and most importantly gave me a full refund without hastle."
