Waited nearly an hour and half for no food, rang and asked where it was and was told "Sorry we don't use the app anymore, 1 minute" and passed me to someone else who said "Sorry we don't use Internet ordering anymore. Bye" and the phone was put down before I had chance to give a response. Would have appreciated being offered the chance to at least place the order I thought I'd placed in the first place... Clearly not. Won't be attempting to order from there again. EDIT: Is that your response to potential new customers? Basically "You're not a regular so don't comment"? And you clearly didn't want my order anyway seen as you slammed the phone down on me as fast as you did when I rang with a problem that required a small resolution... I don't care whether the quality of your food is amazing or awful, the way you respond to anyone with any issues at all is embarrassing."
