"I ordered three “pizzas” from this place once before Christmas time and as I spent Christmas away I did not have time to make a review. Unbelievable that not only everyone that has a pizza shop is saying that their pizza is napoletan which is not, I am napoletan and to eat a napoletan pizza you need to go to Naples. The worst part is what came to my house: A raw dough with couple of wild broccoli lines on top that arrived after 2 hours and 10min because the employers were not checking the tickets coming to the restaurant as when I called they were super prized by the order and told me that they were making it now. I felt so disrespected and they send me a voucher for a free “pizza”. You can eat your raw dough, I will contact you to get my money back. An advice? Owner, get some pizza chefs and pay them properly and you’ll see how you will get proper pizzas and not raw dough with 1g of ingredients on top or even better, sell only fries as those are easy to do. It is an offence to people that go work and you’re wasting our money."
"Avoid. Terrible experience on both accounts. First time I ordered a pizza and some chicken bites, went down to collect at the collection time only to find out they hadn't started preparing it.... Handed over the pizza after a 20 minute wait, however the chicken bites had been forgotten. Eventually once all was ready, arrived home to find the chicken bites were still frozen on the inside!!! Thought this may have been a one off and wanted to support the local pizzaria, so decided to attempt again, what a mistake this was! Same scenario, went down to collect at the collection time after placing the order only to find the pizza hadn't yet been started. Another 20 minute wait for the most depressing and bland pizza, certainly scrimp on the toppings too. Very disappointing, shall not be returning!"
"Firezza used to be very good, and I used to be a very regular customer of theirs, up until the beginning of Covid or so; their quality of service and food has significantly deteriorated since, and they are very overpriced considering the service they offer. During that period I had 2 - 3 bad experiences with them (pizza was either very late or never arrived) so I stopped ordering. Recently I decided to test my luck again and I had another very bad experience (the pizza was 1.5 hrs late and it arrived cold and dry, as if it was left out for 2 days), so I can confidently say that I will never order from them again."
"Wow, I am shocked with some of these negative reviews, but for us, Firezza is by far the best deal for tasty pizza around. The website is easy to use. Great loyalty program. No Deliveroo charges. I usually only pay around £20-25 for three 14" pizzas to feed my family. The people at the actual location are nice and accommodating. We order once/week at least. Great franchise, highly recommended!"
"Firezza used to be decent, I'm not sure what happened to the kitchen but I ordered what was probably the worst pizza I ever had in my entire life! Just look at the pictures in this review. The dough was more like a cracker than an actual dough, the seasoning was dry and acidic, and the pizza was cold. It looked like it was a week old pizza, non edible. A frozen pizza would have tasted 100 times better."
