"Been ordering for more than 10 years! This I at extreme disgust!! Ordered takeout for me, my partner and 2 children. Delivery was over an hour late. Called first time to say they where a few minutes away. Called second time after 10 minutes to say they had new drivers and they didn't know there way around (we are around the corner) Takeaway arrives 15 minutes after 3nd call and is freezing cold. Partner rings to ask for refund and gets offered it. Accept the refund and gets rid of what is not salvageable by microwave. Someone bangs at the door asking us for all the food back in an aggressive manner (whilst 2 small children are in the house) they are told to leave premises and that the food has been binned. Phone call to manager to explain that the arrival of 2 very rude employees wasn't appropriate when that wasn't told of on phone to be returned with lots of swear words and disagreement when they where at fault. Very unprofessional and food at low standard!"

"I've been regular at family kebab house since I moved to the area about 7 years ago, not once have they served me a poorer portion than they have tonight. £20 for a couple of small handfuls of doner meat and a little bit of grilled chicken, they cost £9 each and even if you put them both together it would barely be enough for one person. With the way this takeaway is going they won't be open for much longer, what happened to the old family kebab house? It's a shame to say I'll no longer be ordering from here."
